Is overtime pay required for an assistant bank manager?

Assistant Bank Managers often work more than 40 hours per week and are not paid overtime pay.  Banks tell the assistant bank managers that they are salaried and not entitled to receive overtime wages.   In most circumstances, this is not true and a violation of federal labor laws.
