Class Action Overtime Pay Lawsuit Against Auto Glass Manufacturer Continues to Grow
CLEVELAND — Four more former auto parts manufacturers recently joined a proposed class action lawsuit against an Ohio auto glass manufacturer alleging the company failed to pay 100 workers for all their hours spent on the job, including overtime wages required under federal law.
