I was an assistant for 5 and a store manager for 5. I recently was fired for “policy” violations. No warning no reprimands and the Male Store Manager there now is consistantly violating policy with no repercussions. I was also affected by overtime violations and since March the
store under new leadership is flagrantly violating them now. Only in the 5 years I was store manager was this not
an issue because I did not believe in managers doing associate duties.
