					<description><![CDATA[I worked for Marshalls 253 in Dayton ohio for almost 10 years.  I was an assistant for 5 and a store manager for 5.  I recently was fired for &quot;policy&quot; violations.  No warning no reprimands and the Male Store Manager there now is consistantly violating policy with no repercussions.  I was also affected by overtime violations and since March the 
store under new leadership is flagrantly violating  them now.  Only in the 5 years I was store manager was this not
an issue because I did not believe in managers doing associate duties.]]></description>
