My last correspondence from the attorneys handling this case stated this may possibly be settled in Oct, 2014.
Just wondering if there’s any more word on the progress.

I received a letter in the mail regaurding a lawsuite for unpaid overtime. I worked for Sykes Enterprise from Dec 09- Aug 11. I’m going through my prior paystubs from my recent employment with Sykes and found a time where I worked 46 hours and was receiving my base pay and no overtime payment. I’m still going through my files to see if I can find anymore paystubs that reflect non payment of OT. I would like to know more information on what I would need to do next.
