The third perforated section (where there should have been info on break down and or claim info) is blank. While working for Pridestaff, I did work a considerable amount of overtime. So my question are: Is the amount correct? Am I able to contest it? How can I get more info on the lawsuit/settlement? Please advise as I do not want to be short changed on a settlement whereas I would be entitled to a significantly larger payout.
