In reply to Marilyn Wheeler. You may be entitled to pursue an unpaid overtime pay claim against Humana. Based upon your description it does seem that you were cheated out of required overtime pay. It will be necessary for us to get more information about your position, salary, and job requirements to determine if you qualified for overtime pay. We will e-mail you to set up a phone conference.

I was not a telecommuter, but was made to work many hours without pay. Was forced to work during unpaid lunch breaks every day, was told I was “not allowed” to leave office on my lunch break to do personal business. Was made to lie on my timecard on a weekly basis. So many other issues in the Naples Humana at Home SeniorBridge office that led to my resignation! Would I qualify to be a part of this litigation?
