					<description><![CDATA[I HAVE WORKED FOR MY AMBULANCE DISTRICT FOR ALMOST 14 YEARS. MY SCHEDULE WAS 20 DAYS A MONTH, SALARIEDAT $28,500.00. BUT DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE WERE ALWAYS EMPLOYEE SHORT I ALWAYS WORKED OVER THE 20 DAYS A MONTH GETTING PAID ONLY REGULAR PAY. WHEN THE EMPLOYEES BROKE DOWN OUR REGULAR SALARIED PAY IT ACTUALLY ONLY EQUALS UP TO APPROX. ONLY $4.95 AN HOUR. THATS 20 DAYS A MONTH AT 24 HOURS SHIFTS = ONLY THE $4.95 AN HOUR. NOT EVEN MIN. WAGE IN THE STATE OF MO. MOST MONTHS I WORKED EVERY DAY OF THE MONTH AND WAS NEVER PAID ANY OVERTIME. WHEN ANOTHER AMBULANCE DISTRICT IN MO. CONTACTED MY BOSS AND TOLD HER THAT MY DISTRICT WAS PAYING US WRONG OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS SAID THAT UNTIL THEY GET CAUGHT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO CHANGE OUR PAY. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT MY RIGHTS ARE TO THE OT?]]></description>
