Federal Judge Orders Casino to Pay Department of Labor $190,000 in Restitution for Unpaid Overtime
WASHINGTON D.C. — A federal judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of the Northern Marianas Islands recently ordered a Hong Kong-based casino company operating in U.S. territory to pay the Department of Labor $190,000 in restitution for withholding overtime wages from workers.
