I need to join this lawsuit. I currently work for alpine and they want us to start loading documents 30 min before start of shift, but they wont pay me for it. Also, they wont pay me tech issues even if I get a sibgle ticket #. They will only oay me if I get a group ticket #. I had my isp privider run test to show it was not my fault and they still dont oay me..

I work for sykes/alpine access now. I was paid 7.25 for min wage for training & now it’s 9.25 for the apple agent program. I know that Apple pays much more, but I had signed a non compete contract for I think 6 months in order to change over to apple. I am not sure if Sykes is paying overtime yet, do you know if this case is closed or if it’s still going?

Please advise.

I am apart of a lawsuit gainst Sykes. I have misplaced my paperwork received from lawyer, I was wondering if you represented me? I worked at Sumter, South Carolina location. I started November 19,2010 until February 2012.Thanks for your time.

In reviewing the case info, I did not see my name appear on the plaintiff listing, having submitted my signed paperwork dated Nov. 25, 2013 to be included in the lawsuit.
